1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and third-party integrations, not all purchases are eligible for refunds. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and fair terms for all services sold through our platform (powered by WHMCS). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe.
2. Services Eligible for Refund (Under Conditions)
Refunds may be considered for the following within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been activated, provisioned, or used:
- Website builder packages (if unused)
- Email services (if not provisioned or accessed)
- VPN subscriptions (if not activated or logged into)
- Website backups & security tools (if not deployed)
- SEO tool subscriptions (if not accessed)
❗ Note: If a product or service has been accessed, activated, or provisioned, it is considered “used” and becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances, due to the nature of provisioning and third-party provider policies:
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL certificates (issued or in progress)
- WHOIS privacy protection
- Third-party licenses or software keys
- Setup or administrative fees
- Custom services or manual work completed
These services are often instantly registered, licensed, or consumed through upstream providers and cannot be reversed once submitted.
4. Automatic Billing & Renewals
If you have an active subscription with auto-renew enabled in WHMCS:
- You are responsible for canceling your service before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be granted for automatic renewals unless requested within 24 hours of renewal and the service has not been used.
5. Disputed Payments & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation.
- We reserve the right to deny further service or terminate access.
Please contact us first to resolve billing concerns amicably.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@digitalls.net within the refund window.
- Include your order number, account email, and reason for the request.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2–5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
7. Exceptions & Final Decisions
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund requests that violate this policy
- Grant exceptions under rare circumstances at our discretion
- Modify this policy as needed; changes will be published on our site
