End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “you”) and Digitalls.net (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the access and use of our digital services, products, and software provided via https://digitalls.net (“Website”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any service from Digitalls.net, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@digitalls.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external attacks may result in temporary downtime.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and technology on Digitalls.net are the property of Digitalls.net or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership or rights to our intellectual property except for the limited license to use the services.
6. Payments and Refunds
- Payments are required in advance for all paid services.
- All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
- Refunds may be issued under our Refund Policy, if applicable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this EULA or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, your license and access will be revoked immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the services will meet your expectations, be error-free, or continuously available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitalls.net is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of data, business, or revenue;
- Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
